Current MPS Members

If you had an online profile with the previous MPS website, you are required to complete a new profile below, as we have revamped the membership system and referral directory.

New MPS Members

If you are applying for a new membership, please select your desired membership level. Your application will be reviewed for approval. 

Application Process

After completing the below application, you will be emailed your login credentials (be sure to check your spam if you do not see it). You may then login and logout of your account from the top right of this page, and edit your profile by clicking your name. 

Referral Directory

If eligible, your profile will be included in the directory after your application is approved. You can control which fields are visible to the public by editing your privacy settings in your profile. When logged in, click my public profile to view how your information will appear to others. You may modify this information at any time.
